restday at casa roxica

i think we deserved a day off.

well, the truth is we needed it. judging by the time we spent sleeping in, then having the lovely desayuno prepared by elena our host, then chilling or sleeping again.

casa roxica is a private albergue on a variant of the camino del norte. currently we are the only pilgrim guests here, that may change, there is always the possibility that people pass by and decide to stay. we haven’t seen many other bike or foot pilgrims yesterday, but you never know.

we are booked in for another night until we start again on monday, leaving for sobrado dos monxes, mainly known for its monastery. we will explore and i’ll report - it’s a comparatively short walk, so we will have time to have a proper look around, even if we start late.
