actual changes

over the last days i have filled up on family, friendship, music, my motherland & fatherland, commenced reframing my past or changing my relationship with it, continued training to focus on the present moments, partially succeeded in not being regretful or anxious, and i’ll continue with this over the next weeks over summer, only in several different places.

so, after my philosophical blurps of the last few days, i’m going to let you in on some actual changes:

• i am going to change the name and configuration of my webpage. please check back regularly. i will forward the url to the new place, so that you all won’t miss the switch-over.

• some of these changes will start over the next days.

• the webpage will continue to be a living thing, there will be new content regularly.

• check the project pages. some of the recent posts will have moved to the philo project page, for example.
